It’s official, The Argent Centre in the Jewellery Quarter now has a shiny, new passenger lift. We would like to thank our longstanding tenants who have been on site whilst the installation has taken place over the last 16 weeks and who, along with their visitors, can now take full advantage of their new passenger lift.

Just been to the Macmillan Coffee Morning (and CAKE) at Mantilla’s unit in the Albert Wing. All home made and going to a good cause. If I’d have realised there were so many lovely cakes, I’d would have skipped breakfast 🙂
A fond farewell to The Works Gallery which closes its doors at the end of September 🙁 We hope we have been a service to our resident artists and the local colleges and universities but due to lack of demand, we have let it to an existing tenant requiring larger space.
Check out our new sign advertising offices to let in our Albert Wing of The Argent Centre. Let’s hope we can take it down soon when its fully let again!
It’s a race to the finish line to see which of our buildings will hit the 100% let title first! Must be our easy-in, easy-out monthly licence agreements which is the basis we let our commercial space on…. whether it’s a small office, workshop or warehouse unit. It takes the stress out of business.
